- The candidates should be able to ensure that the appropriate monitoring program is maintained while helping to evolve practices to cover current and future risks, ensuring the protection of investors, investment advisors, and registered personnel for the risk management sector and National Bank
- The candidates should be able to develop, implement, document, monitor, and control policies, standards, and procedures related to monitoring, making recommendations to automate current processes and increase their efficiency
- The candidates should be able to collaborate in the development and implementation of new systems and work processes and ensure the maintenance of technological tools, as well as act as an agent of change by promoting their adoption
- The candidates should be able to proceed with the sending of compliance letters to National Bank Financial clients
