Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in an air-conditioned environment
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be able to perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- The candidates should be able to prepare and submit reports, supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules
- The candidates should be able to supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.), prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and order merchandise
- The candidates should be able to resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, supervise and coordinate activities of workers, and organize and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to hire and train or arrange for the training of staff and manage cash
