Supervision: Food and beverage servers
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments
- The candidates should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be capable of working under pressure
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and be able to stand for extended periods as required by the job
- The candidates should be able to perform tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus in their interactions and tasks, possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication, and demonstrate excellent oral communication abilities
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances and requirements, be team players fostering effective collaboration with colleagues, and show initiative in identifying and addressing tasks and challenges
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure food service and quality control
- The candidates should be able to estimate and order ingredients and supplies, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
