Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing tasks and adapting to changing priorities, and be capable of working effectively under pressure, maintaining composure and delivering results
- The candidates should be prepared to work under tight deadlines, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet time constraints, and demonstrate attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in their work
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking as required by the job duties
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to manage staff and assign duties, study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales, and determine merchandise and services to be sold
- The candidates should be able to develop and implement marketing strategies, determine staffing requirements, and resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
