Supervision: 5-10 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in cold or refrigerated environments as required by the job and adept at working in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing tasks and responsibilities
- The candidates should exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of their work and be willing to work overtime as necessary for the role
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, efficiently handling tasks in challenging situations
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration, demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills in various professional situations for clear and effective correspondence
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility in adapting to changing work requirements and priorities, exercising sound judgment in decision-making processes related to their role
- The candidates should be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities efficiently, functioning as team players, fostering collaboration, and contributing positively to team dynamics
- The candidates should uphold values and ethics in all aspects of their work, consistently delivering high-quality work outcomes and being reliable
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions, and prepare production and other reports
- The candidates should be able to supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers, establish methods to meet work schedules, and coordinate work activities with other work units
- The candidates should be able to recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, identify, evaluate, control, and prevent hazards at all stages of the food production process, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
