Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of High School graduation
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of office experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to lift and climb if required for some positions and work shift schedules and/or staggered starting and stopping times

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to create tables, graphs, and spreadsheets to organize and analyze data effectively and sort and merge documents and reports while ensuring accuracy and completeness and research data, prepare reports, and proofread documents for accuracy and consistency
  • The candidates should be able to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines and prepare, maintain, validate, input, and update various data files, records, and documents and receive, index, and revise manuals or data to ensure they remain current and accessible
  • The candidates should be able to prepare professional correspondence and direct incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and refer external customers to the appropriate departments or employees for assistance
  • The candidates should be able to assist other employees within the department and support team collaboration and arrange ground transportation and travel accommodations for internal and external customers
  • The candidates should be able to liaise with internal and external customers and provide timely resolutions to queries and research and respond to customer issues both verbally and in writing
  • The candidates should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and design, format, and produce various correspondence, reports, and documents using multiple software applications and prepare third-party billings and handle financial transactions such as cash, cheques, and invoices and verify and process invoices, claims, and expenses accurately
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate and arrange presentations, seminars, training sessions, and interviews and develop, update, and maintain schedules and staff rosters effectively and organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines efficiently and comply with government regulations, company policies, collective agreements, and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to administer collective agreements and ensure compliance with employment terms and manage the distribution and maintenance of company and technical publications and maintain a high level of accuracy in all administrative tasks and documentation and operate specialized department or company software programs effectively
  • The candidates should be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately and develop and maintain accurate maintenance and technical records and audit records and monitor equalization of overtime  and perform other related duties as assigned that align with the nature of the job
