Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: QuickBooks, electronic mail, Simply Accounting, MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, internet, and MS WindowsÂ
Security and safety: Basic security clearance

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare the general ledger accurately, prepare journal entries efficiently, and manage accounts receivable effectively
- The candidates should be able to manage accounts payable diligently, prepare a trial balance accurately, and open and close books for auditors as required
- The candidates should be able to prepare bank reconciliations promptly, review behavior regarding deposits and withdrawals, overdraws, defaults, dishonored payments, and spending patterns diligently, and prepare payroll accurately
- The candidates should be able to invoice clients promptly, collect payments from debtors efficiently, and assess fixed assets and depreciation accurately
- The candidates should be able to perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting, proficiently, prepare income tax accurately, and perform freight rating effectively
- The candidates should be able to perform foreign currency exchange accurately, store, update, and retrieve financial data efficiently, and perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems, diligently
- The candidates should be able to perform general office duties as needed, address customers’ complaints or concerns professionally and effectively, and organize and maintain inventory efficiently
- The candidates should be able to prepare financial statements and reports accurately, and prepare reports promptly
