Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma
Experience: Candidates need 1+ years of administrative experience

- The candidate should have good written, verbal, and computer skills
- The candidate should be a team player who works well in a fast-paced environment
- The candidate should possess business writing skills and basic accounting knowledge

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to perform general reception and various office administrative duties
- The candidate should be able to sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- The candidate should be able to handle incoming/outgoing courier services
- The candidate should be able to answer general internal account inquiries
- The candidate should be able to assist in preparing bank deposits
- The candidate should be able to assist in preparing month end customer statements
- The candidate should be able to assist in processing monthly account payments
- The candidate should be able to sort and file customer account information
- The candidate should be able to follow-up on customer credit applications
- The candidate should be able to perform other support for Accounts Receivable as needed
