Salary: $29.00 hourly for 40 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Area of specialization: Contracts and invoices
Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office 

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure
  • The candidates should be accustomed to tight deadlines and demonstrate attention to detail
  • The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute mail and other materials, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to supervise other workers, train other workers, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, compile data, statistics, and other information, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, order office supplies and maintain inventory, and greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
