Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of post-secondary education in finance
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant field

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide trend and variance analysis of payables and receivables and monitor, analyze, and parse data files for monthly reporting
  • The candidates should be able to create and maintain files utilized for quarterly and annual forecasting and budgeting
  • The candidates should be able to perform audits to ensure the accuracy of financials and execute month-end close, including preparation, analysis, and reporting of actuals
  • The candidates should be able to handle financial accountabilities, including tracking against actuals, variance analysis, journal entries, match-and-clear, and Blackline preparation
  • The candidates should be able to provide detailed and accurate reporting, with value-added analysis, to Senior Leadership
  • The candidates should be able to execute management and SOX controls, including performing reviews, generating supporting documentation, and drawing conclusions
  • The candidates should be able to lead process improvement and automation initiatives and lead process documentation creation and maintenance and assist the Manager
  • The candidates should be able to maintain strict adherence to SOX and Internal Controls and protect CPKC’s financial integrity and accuracy
