Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a High School diploma
Experience: Candidates should have at least one year of Retail Management experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- The candidates should demonstrate strength in maintaining high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
- The candidates should be able to assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs and demonstrate competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the loyalty program
- The candidates should be able to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures, ensuring the store is presentable and products are in stock
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees
- The candidates should possess excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- The candidates should have proficient computer knowledge, with Microsoft products such as Word and Excel
- The candidates should have GED which is preferred but not required for those with and hold a valid Driver’s License from their state of residence and maintain automotive liability insurance during employment
