Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have 10+ years of project management experience delivering large, complex projects, preferably in the telecommunications industry

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have expert knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and leadership skills
  • The candidates should possess strong conflict resolution, risk management, and time management skills, experience managing large-scale projects and programs
  • The candidates should be outcome-oriented with a proven ability to drive results,  experience with executive stakeholder management
  • The candidates should demonstrate extraordinary organizational savvy and possess exceptional partnering skills with solid relationships across all functions

  • The candidates should be knowledgeable of industry and related trends, excellent customer-facing skills
  • The candidates should be entrepreneurial, highly motivated, and adaptable to changing environments, be fluent in French, both spoken and written, in order to communicate effectively with clients

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to take accountability for the planning and successful delivery of large, complex, cross-functional projects on time, within scope, and within budget
  • The candidates should be able to manage the overall relationship with the end client throughout the entire project lifecycle, acting as the main point of contact between the client and Rogers Business’ vendor partners
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • The candidates should be able to manage the contractual relationship between the client and Rogers Business vendor partners
  • The candidates should be able to manage vendor resource planning and effectively address any performance issues related to vendor resources
  • The candidates should be able to establish processes that support delivery and operational excellence, including project initiation in the delivery system, defining the project calendar and work breakdown structure, and setting up deliverable acceptance and reporting procedures
  • The candidates should be able to validate scope, conduct project kickoffs, and hold Conditions of Satisfaction (COS) discussions with stakeholders
  • The candidates should be able to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to track all tasks, dependencies, and deliverables, including the Project Charter, Project Plan, Issue and Action Log, Risk Management Plan, Communication Plan, and Status Reports
