Experience: The candidates should have strong computer and register skills, be well organized with the ability to keep records, and be detail-oriented

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide excellent customer service and positively engage with all customers
- The candidates should be able to maintain a neat and organized checkout area
- The candidates should be able to greet all customers and display a warm demeanor
- The candidates should be able to accurately scan or enter product data
- The candidates should be able to accurately account for cash, coupons, lottery tickets, and PC Optimum points
- The candidates should be able to ask for the customer’s PC Optimum Card during each transaction
- The candidates should be able to ensure that proper documentation is completed with respect to customers’ receipt and return of goods
- The candidates should be able to merchandise and maintain designated areas, including tasks such as facing, signing, labeling, etc.
- The candidates should be able to ensure that loss prevention standards are followed
- The candidates should be able to control cash, lottery, and stamp inventory
- The candidates should be able to present the proper image to the public in accordance with Uniform Policy and Dress Code Guidelines
- The candidates should be able to comply with all health and safety regulations
- The candidates should be able to comply with all store policies and procedures
- The candidates should be able to ensure that the standards of housekeeping and image are maintained
- The candidates should be able to perform other duties as required
