Requirements:

Experience: Candidates should have 5 years in Category Management experience and/or progressive growth in a relevant cross functional role
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to travel 2 – 4 weeks per year

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to act as the subject-matter expert for the Baby and Automotive Comfort categories
- The candidates should be able to develop a broad categorical understanding of relative consumer trends, competitive and market analysis, and CTR store executional nuances and requirements. Financial accountability for the category through adherence to predefined CTR strategy objectives and guidelines
- The candidates should be able to support assortment analysis and development on SKU lines
- The candidates should be able to set and deliver against categorical assortment plans and evolve to customer-centric measures
- The candidates should be able to plan, execute, and deliver the line review process, which can include but is not limited to: approval of the assortment and pricing plans, import trip planning and execution, vendor relationship/negotiation, and overseeing timeline delivery
- The candidates should be able to recommend an action plan for item discontinuation and pricing
- The candidates should be able to define and execute against categorical promotional plans, including promotional item selection and offer to deliver against the plans and financial objectives
- The candidates should be able to provide content for store education on product/process education
- The candidates should ensure adherence to CTR promotional and pricing strategies
- The candidates should be able to develop, mentor, guide, and coach Category Business Analysts by setting clear performance objectives and providing ongoing and timely feedback
