Salary: $20.00 to $30.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 15 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time

Shifts: Day, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation
Work setting: Various locations, high-rise building construction sites, and construction site
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Area of specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional
Equipment and machinery experience: Reciprocating saws, Circular saws, Concrete saws, Mortar and concrete mixers, Grinding machine, Jackhammers, Air compressors, Drills, Sandblasters, and Hand tools
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and be capable of working at heights when necessary
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments and be comfortable working in dusty conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in cold or refrigerated environments, as well as in hot environments as required by the job duties
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines, delivering quality results, and handling physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should possess manual dexterity for performing tasks efficiently and have good hand-eye coordination for precision tasks
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads as part of their job responsibilities, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to handle weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as required by the job duties

- The candidates should consistently deliver accurate results and be dependable, fulfilling their responsibilities reliably
- The candidates should demonstrate excellent oral communication skills
- The candidates should be reliable in completing tasks, meeting commitments, and be cooperative, effective team players
- The candidates should be hardworking, showing dedication and effort in their work
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials
- The candidates should be able to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
- The candidates should be able to mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
- The candidates should be able to pave and rake asphalt
- The candidates should be able to remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- The candidates should be able to clean, prepare surfaces, and apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces
