Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Database software, Internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, answer inquiries, and provide information to customers
- The candidates should be able to arrange for billing for services, refunds, and credits, and explain the type and cost of services offered
- The candidates should be able to issue receipts and other forms, maintain records and statistics, and obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, inquiries, and complaints
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies, maintain inventory, perform general office duties, receive and log complaints, and receive payments
