Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under tight deadlines, handle repetitive and physically demanding tasks with attention to detail, and manage a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, including standing for extended periods
- The candidates should be open to working overtime when required
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate strong abilities as a team player, uphold valuable principles of values and ethics, and exhibit reliability
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

- The candidates should be able to clean crops
- The candidates should be able to harvest seedlings
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to perform seed cutting
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidates should be able to examine produce for quality and prepare it for the market
- The candidates should be able to clean the work area
