Salary: $27.00 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week

Location: Prince George, BC
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Early Morning, Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client needs and demonstrate a strong client focus, exhibit flexibility in adapting to changing situations and tasks
- The candidates should be organized in managing their responsibilities and tasks, demonstrate reliability in meeting deadlines and fulfilling commitments
- The candidates should be team players, contributing positively to team dynamics and goals
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries, maintain work records and logs, and process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment
- The candidates should be able to ensure the proper functioning of equipment, perform general office duties, and follow up on issues with work orders
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service, maintain vehicle operator work records, record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses, and schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
