Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience in enhancing customer experience (CX) and possess digital literacy

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced Banking Center and utilize their knowledge of financial services products to assist clients with their day-to-day banking needs as a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team
  • The candidates should be able to serve as Client Service Representatives, addressing inquiries, facilitating transactions, and proactively connecting clients with appropriate team members to support them in achieving their financial objectives
  • The candidates should be able to accommodate flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the banking center
  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate flexibility in working at multiple banking centers within a reasonable travel distance to ensure consistent delivery of excellent client service
  • The candidates should be able to engage clients effectively by assisting them in managing their accounts and products, emphasizing the importance of the client experience and ensuring meaningful interactions
  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate problem-solving skills by actively listening to clients, asking pertinent questions, and empathizing with their situations, taking ownership of client issues and collaborating with colleagues when necessary to devise optimal solutions
  • The candidates should be able to become proficient in leveraging technology, serving as experts in various mobile banking applications and guiding clients on how to utilize them effectively for managing their banking requirements
