  • The candidates should have a self-starter with excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a desire to learn and understand multiple processes
  • The candidates should have results-oriented individuals with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail and keeping focus on the “big picture.”
  • The candidates should have strong knowledge of MS Access, Power Point, and Word

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to complete sales data reporting and vendor payments relating to provincial tire producer responsibilities.
  • The candidates should be able to ensure packaging data accuracy
  • The candidates should be able to provide vendors with support and education on packaging standards
  • The candidates should be able to work with a 3rd party in data collection
  • The candidates should be able to measure progress vs targets
  • The candidates should be able to conduct data analysis to identify opportunities/trends
  • The candidates should be able to engage in regular reporting on compliance percentage, packaging reductions, and kilograms of “bad” plastic avoidance
  • The candidates should be able to escalate non-compliance to standards
  • The candidates should be able to monitor remediation
  • The candidates should be able to provide business intelligence, investigate options, and make recommendations on various programs and processes, using skills and subject matter expertise to achieve business goals
  • The candidates should be able to utilize continuous improvement methods to enhance the accuracy and reliability of processes, tools, and reporting to support business goals
  • The candidates should be able to continue to strengthen and build relationships with applicable vendors and CT Store operations to ensure smooth and consistent communications
  • The candidates should participate in process improvement initiatives from induction through to implementation, including both system and process investigation, design, build, documentation, testing, and rollout
  • The candidates should be an active member of a team that will initiate, develop, coordinate, and execute work plans with cross-functional supply chain teams that deliver positive results, facilitating formal and informal communications across all levels of the organization
  • The candidates should be able to prioritize and cope with competing and changing objectives in support of both short- and long-term goals while maintaining stakeholder expectations. This includes various ad hoc analytical work, assessing options, and presenting findings
