Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to lead Team Members in their department to complete store plans and tasks efficiently and effectively, ensuring that all responsibilities are fulfilled to meet customer needs and store objectives
- The candidates should be able to support on-the-job training and development of Team Members, assisting in their growth and skill enhancement to improve performance and contribute to the team’s success
- The candidates should be able to maintain a safe and respectful work environment for all Team Members, adhering to company policies and procedures related to safety and promoting a positive workplace culture
- The candidates should be able to manage loss prevention processes effectively, identifying and addressing potential risks or issues to minimize loss and protect company
