Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Area of specialization: Vegetables, Apples, cherries, grapes, orchard fruit, and vineyard

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should have experience in fruit and vegetable combination farming and possess knowledge of viticulture
The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, adaptable to dusty working conditions, and able to work in hot environments
The candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment and efficient in performing repetitive tasks
The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and managing physically demanding tasks, possessing hand-eye coordination and the ability to distinguish between colors
The candidates should be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, comfortable standing for extended periods, and capable of walking for various job requirements
The candidates should be flexible in tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to perform deleafing, train fruit trees, and grade produce
The candidates should be able to maintain and manage the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
The candidates should be able to perform shoot positioning, suckering, tying of plants, and engage in weeding activities
The candidates should be able to harvest crops and sort and pack fruits and vegetables
