The company offers exceptional outdoor experiences year-round, from skiing and snowboarding to hiking and mountain biking. RCR enhances guest experiences while preserving natural beauty. Job Description:

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Food Safe or other food handling certification
Experience: Candidates should have 1 year of previous experience in a food preparation role in a professional dining establishment

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs, performing manual labor, and standing for prolonged periods
  • The candidates should be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a love of and passion for food and cooking a culinary background, education, or diploma

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to ensure a friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff, maximizing the quality of service
  • The candidates should be able to prepare, cook, and plate food to established quality and presentation standards
  • The candidates should be able to ensure that food is received, stored, handled and prepared in a hygienic and safe manner
  • The candidates should be able to assist with inventory and menu development as needed and assist with other duties as assigned
  • The candidates should be able to maintain effective communication throughout the restaurant and with teammates
  • The candidates should be able to promote a safe, sanitized work environment, ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, safety and food storage management
  • The candidates should be able to participate in orientation, team meetings, regular cleaning and season-end clean and close procedures
