Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to greet people warmly and direct them to contacts or service areas courteously and perform administrative and office activities proficiently
  • The candidates should be able to maintain inventory of supplies accurately and maintain a filing system efficiently
  • The candidates should be able to answer clients’ inquiries and provide information promptly, provide assistance to students with special needs compassionately, and carry out administrative activities of the establishment effectively
  • The candidates should be able to perform general office duties diligently, review and evaluate new administrative procedures thoroughly, and translate a variety of written material accurately
  • The candidates should be able to establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met consistently, and ensure adherence to government regulations and company objectives meticulously
