With expert guides and top-of-the-line equipment, Hydra River Guides offers exhilarating rafting trips suitable for all skill levels, from beginner to experienced thrill-seekers. The candidates selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Salary: $22.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Full time
Location: Golden, BC
Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be willing to work outdoors
  • The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should prioritize client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills
  • The candidates should demonstrate excellent oral and written communication and exhibit flexibility in their approach to tasks
  • The candidates should exercise good judgment in decision-making and be reliable in fulfilling their responsibilities
  • The candidates should be team players, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to handle emergency situations and administer first-aid and other assistance
