Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Word processing software, Spreadsheet, Electronic mail, and Adobe Suite
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure, be able to meet tight deadlines, and be capable of handling heavy loads
- The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks
- The candidates should have manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should be able to sit for extended periods, handle a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to promote sales to existing clients effectively
- The candidates should be able to identify and solicit potential clients proficiently, assess clients’ needs and resources and recommend the appropriate goods or services accurately, and develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from the use of goods or services compellingly
- The candidates should be able to deliver sales presentations persuasively, estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or services diligently, and prepare and administer sales contracts meticulously
- The candidates should be able to utilize sales/marketing software packages proficiently, conduct sales transactions through internet-based electronic commerce smoothly, and provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit clients’ needs appropriately
- The candidates should be able to consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support effectively
- The candidates should be able to train customers’ staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment thoroughly, resolve product and service-related problems efficiently, and troubleshoot technical problems related to equipment accurately
- The candidates should be able to supervise activities of other technical sales specialists effectively, read and interpret blueprints precisely, and prepare or oversee the preparation of sales or other contracts appropriately
- The candidates should be able to represent companies that export and import products or services to and from foreign countries professionally
- The candidates should be able to conduct sales transactions proficiently
- The candidates should be able to supervise activities of other sales representatives effectively
- The candidates should be able to estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates accurately
