Flavor Fresh Farms Ltd. based in Leamington, ON is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Farm worker, general. Flavor Fresh Farms Ltd. is a brand new high tech 24 acre glass greenhouse located in the heart of Ontario. We are a hydroponic greenhouse growing Tomatoes, Peppers and Cucumbers. Our products is not only fresh but our method of cultivation is also eco friendly. We are known to provide satisfaction to our customers, that they don’t have to go to any one else after getting the best services from us. We hire foreign workers to fill labor or skill shortages on a temporary basis. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. This position of the Farm worker, general is approved by LMIA.
Job Description:

Salary: $15.00 hourly for 30 to 60 hours per week

Location: Leamington, ON
Shifts: Day and Weekend
Work site environment: Candidates should work in other vegetables and melon farming (except potato), outdoors and cold or refrigerated place
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate or a diploma
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Type of Crops: Tomatoes and Cucumbers
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to perform repetitive tasks
- The candidate should be able to maintain tight deadlines
- The candidate should have hand-eye co-ordination
- The candidate should be physically strong
- The candidate should be able to stand for extended periods
- The candidate should be able for bending, crouching, kneeling
- The candidate should be able to walk
- The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to hand harvesting vegetables
- The candidate should be able to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
