Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need any degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, in noisy environments, and in dusty conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in hot conditions and cold/refrigerated environments
- The candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment, handling tasks efficiently, and capable of performing repetitive tasks with precision and consistency
- The candidates should be physically fit to manage the demands of a physically demanding job and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in their work
- The candidates should have excellent hand-eye coordination, the ability to distinguish between colors accurately, and be capable of standing for extended periods as required for the job
- The candidates should be comfortable with walking as part of their job responsibilities and able to perform tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling as required for the job
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be organized, managing tasks and responsibilities in a systematic and efficient manner.
- The candidates should be team players, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hand-harvest vegetables
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
