Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Computer and technology knowledge: Database software and internet
Security and safety: Bondable and criminal record check
Physical Requirements:

- The candidates should have a strong client focus and demonstrate dependability
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication abilities, and exhibit excellent written communication skills

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to register arriving guests, assign rooms, and take, cancel, or change room reservations
- The candidates should be able to provide information on hotel facilities, services, and points of interest in the area
- The candidates should be able to process guests’ departures, calculate charges, receive payments, and balance cash
- The candidates should be able to maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, room assignments, and perform light housekeeping
- The candidates should be able to follow emergency and safety procedures, answer the telephone, relay messages, and assist clients/guests with special needs
- The candidates should be able to contact customers for requested wake-up calls and provide excellent customer service
