Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Area of work experience: Health administration
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic scheduler, Word processing software and MS Office
Security and safety: Basic security clearance and Criminal record check

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and answer the telephone, relaying calls and messages
  • The candidates should be able to provide basic information to clients and the public, obtain and process information required to provide services, and engage in administrative and office activities
  • The candidates should be able to operate a switchboard or telephone system, record and relay information, and perform data entry
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, maintain work records and logs, and provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail
