Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Area of specialization: Reports, forms and records, invoices, and correspondence
Computer and technology knowledge: Adobe Photoshop, MS Word, database software, Adobe Acrobat Reader, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, electronic mail, word processing software, switchboard 1-25 lines, and internet

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to type, proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and perform data entry
  • The candidates should be able to receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries, answer telephone calls, and relay messages
  • The candidates should be able to work on reports from manual and electronic files, inventories, and databases, and maintain work records and logs
  • The candidates should be able to send and receive messages, send invoices, and provide general information to clients and the public
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service, obtain and process information required for customer service, and perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail
  • The candidates should be able to organize and schedule office work, arrange teleconferences, and transfer data between software
  • The candidates should be able to verify accuracy and completeness of data, calculate billing charges, and enter data according to specified format
