Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be aged 16 or older

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to lead all Produce Associates and department processes to ensure a high level of customer service while meeting production targets
  • The candidates should be able to receive merchandise, utilize equipment appropriately, monitor for repair, administer required paperwork, logs, and other documentation
  • The candidates should be able to maintain salesfloor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, setting up and maintaining product displays, signing, and pricing merchandise
  • The candidates should be able to participate in the recruitment, selection, training, and development of all Produce Associates
  • The candidates should be able to lead by example, greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, and assisting by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, and making purchase decisions
  • The candidates should be able to complete all aspects of the Produce Store Within A Store (SWAS) planning, attend SWAS meetings to review SWAS Reports for food products, orders, and sales information, and ensure in-stock and appropriate inventory levels in the Produce Department by executing all merchandising programs and replenishment programs
  • The candidates should be able to ensure proper handling of claims and returns, secure merchandise, identify high shrink items, and maintain a safe work environment as per Company policies and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to complete and maintain required paperwork, such as Inventory Tracking Reports, throwaway record sheets, invoices, and assignment notes
