Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, Microsoft Publisher, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Electronic scheduler, MS Access, MS Office, QuickBooks
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, be attentive to detail, and be able to perform repetitive tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to multitask, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be flexible, organized, and a team player
- The candidates should be accurate, have a strong client focus, and be reliable
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., supervise and train other workers, and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries, compile data, statistics and other information, and order office supplies and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
