Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language. (Spanish as an asset)
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 5 years or more
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Project Management Professional (PMP)
Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word
Area of Specialization: Project management

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
  • The candidate should be able to work with tight deadlines and pay attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should have an efficient interpersonal skills and work in a flexible environment
  • The candidate should have an excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The candidate should be able to work in an organized way and be someone who can be relied on

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • The candidate should be able to carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • The candidate should be able to assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
