Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House based in Orangeville, ON is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Purchaser. Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House is a family breakfast and lunch hotspot that focuses on combining quality food with quality service. Our menu consists of home cooked breakfast and lunch dishes combined with specialty pancakes, waffles, and French toast. We strive on using local companies to supply our brand with quality meats, vegetables, and starches. All of this together is why we are on our way to becoming a leader in the breakfast industry. We hire foreign workers to fill labour or skill shortages on a temporary basis. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. This position of Purchaser is approved by LMIA.

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Candidates must have knowledge of MS Word, Electronic mail, MS Excel and MS Windows
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to maintain tight deadlines and also pay attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in an organized way
- The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to purchase general and specialized equipment, materials or business services and also develop specifications for equipment, materials and supplies to be purchased
- The candidate should be able to assess requirements of establishment, award contracts or recommend contract awards, establish delivery schedules and also monitor progress of delivery schedules
- The candidate should be able to invite tenders, consult with suppliers, review quotations, determine contract terms and conditions and also contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems
