Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Cuisine specialties: West Indian, Mediterranean cuisine
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and a repetitive taskers
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to work under tight deadlines
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be reliable and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
- The candidates should be able to bake mixed dough and batters, train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
- The candidates should be able to train staff, schedule staff, operate machinery
