Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Correspondence, reports and records, financial statements, invoices, and charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams
Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Visio, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, electronic scheduler, database software, MS Access, and MS Office
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks and able to handle a large workload
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to multitask, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and be flexible
- The candidates should be organized, a team player, and accurate in their work

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, train other workers, and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- The candidate should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and manage contracts
- The candidate should be able to answer telephone calls, relay messages, respond to electronic inquiries, and oversee the analysis of employee data and information
- The candidate should be able to oversee the development of communication strategies, compile data, statistics, and other information, and oversee the preparation of reports
- The candidate should be able to order office supplies, maintain inventory, and organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
- The candidate should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, make reservations, and greet people, directing them to appropriate contacts or service areas
- The candidate should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- The candidate should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
