Shifts: Day, Overtime, Flexible Hours, Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, MS Windows

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable with repetitive tasks, and have strong attention to detail
  • The candidates should also be comfortable with tasks that involve sitting

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and have excellent oral communication skills, exhibit flexibility, be highly organized, demonstrate reliability, and excel as team players

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information, obtain and process required information, and order office supplies
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, receive and issue payments, and answer the telephone, relay calls, and arrange teleconferences
  • The candidates should also be able to calculate billing charges as part of their responsibilities
