Canadian tire Gas+ based in Cambridge, ON is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Retail sales manager. Canadian tire Gas+ offers ONroute customers convenient gas options at all of our locations. Each Canadian Tire Gas+ has been designed to accommodate a wide array of vehicles. Located at the entrance of our ONroute plazas, Canadian Tire Gas+ makes it easy to fill your tank at the same place you stop for your food, beverage and rest amenities. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Supervision: 5-10 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to sit, stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be adaptable, efficient, energetic, hardworking, client focus, and organized
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and positive attitude
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to manage staff and assign duties, determine merchandise and services to be sold
- The candidates should be able to plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, determine staffing requirements
- The candidates should be able to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operation
