Salary: $15.00 hourly / 15 to 25 hours per week + 3% commission per piece Minimum wage is guaranteed
Employment Type: Term or contract Part time leading to full time
Location: Olds, AB
Shifts: Flexible Hours
Work setting: Retail business, Wholesalers, Business office, and Construction company
Type of products: Building materials (other than lumber), Industrial supplies

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the Bilingual Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be non-smokers and ensure cleanliness in their work environment
  • The workplace should be air conditioned, although the job may involve working outdoors

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to operate computerized inventory record-keeping and reordering systems, perform data entry, and provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services, conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce, and greet customers to discuss merchandise or services sought
  • The candidates should be able to prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts, and accept various forms of payment such as cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit payment
