Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of performing repetitive tasks efficiently
- The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks and able to stand for extended periods as necessary
- The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel as required.
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus in their interactions and possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication
- The candidates should exhibit reliability in their work and commitments and be team players, capable of collaborating effectively with others
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clip plants, train fruit trees, and assist in pruning trees, shrubs, and plants
- The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables, harvest seedlings, and cull vegetables
- The candidates should be able to mix fertilizer, apply fertilizers, and mix and prepare soils
- The candidates should be able to operate climate controls, water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, and report signs of insect or disease damage
- The candidates should be able to cut seeds, dig up wrapping root balls of trees and shrubs, and assist in grafting activities
- The candidates should be able to weed gardens, pot and re-pot plants, and clean work areas
- The candidates should be able to write daily basic progress reports and assist in pruning trees, shrubs, and plants
