Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a Master’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have five years experience in the relevant field

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and seven years of relevant experience, OR in a related field and  of relevant experience
  • The candidates should possess a CPA accounting designation, strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel
  • The candidates should have knowledge of the SAP environment and demonstrate leadership, independence, strong work ethic, and curiosity
  • The candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills and possess strong communication skills and the ability to explain concepts in plain language

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to coordinate all activities related to consolidating the sector’s financial results
  • The candidates should be able to liaise with the Disclosure team and stakeholders from different teams and act as a resource person on various accounting and business matters for the sector (complex analyses, possible solutions and recommendations)
  • The candidates should be able to present consolidated results for the Personal and Commercial Banking sector and monitor the balance sheet
  • The candidates should be able to analyze and interpret financial data, explain gaps and irregularities, and ensure corrections are made, as applicable
  • The candidates should be able to improve and establish new control and follow-up measures and make adjustments
  • The candidates should be able to act as an expert on accounting for the Bank’s savings products (deposits) and credit products (loans), conduct in-depth research and document transactional accounting systems
  • The candidates should be able to analyze the impact of changes or new products on the team’s operations and on financial statements and management reports and produce reports and maintain tools
