Work setting: Fast food outlet or concession and Restaurant
Supervision: 5-10 people, Food and beverage servers, Food service counter attendants and food preparers, and Kitchen and food service helpers
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as standing for extended periods
- The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills, demonstrating flexibility and being team players
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, emphasizing a client focus and efficient interpersonal skills

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish work schedules and methods to meet them
- The candidates should be able to supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as train them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- The candidates should be able to estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports
