Work setting: Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment, Work in employer’s/client’s home, and Employer’s home.

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be non-smokers and demonstrate the ability to work independently
• The candidates should be efficient in handling repetitive tasks and comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
• The candidates should be able to handle weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should demonstrate punctuality in their work attendance and prioritize client focus in their interactions and tasks
• The candidates should exhibit dependability in meeting deadlines and commitments, possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication, and have excellent oral communication abilities
• The candidates should display flexibility in their work approach, show initiative in taking proactive steps to accomplish tasks, and exercise good judgment in decision-making
• The candidates should be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities, demonstrate reliability in fulfilling their duties, and be team players capable of collaborating effectively with others
• The candidates should have excellent written communication skills, uphold values and ethics in their work conduct, demonstrate patience in dealing with various situations, and uphold honesty and integrity in their interactions and work

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
• The candidates should be able to make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• The candidates should be able to launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
• The candidates should be able to shop for food and household supplies and clean changing rooms and showers
