Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be prepared for outdoor work in various weather conditions, involving cleanup around plants using a shovel and lifting up to 50 lbs
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have good written and verbal communication skills
- The candidates should demonstrate time management and teamwork skills
- The candidates should possess a full driver’s license
- The candidates should have equipment operation experience
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to support the operations of the plants in the pits and quarries of the area
- The candidates should be able to work closely with Plant staff and the regional Operations team
- The candidates should be able to report to the Plant Manager and Lead Hand
