Salary: $15.42 to $18.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be physically capable of handling demanding tasks, including heavy loads and repetitive tasks, while thriving in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should possess manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to distinguish between colors, enabling them to perform tasks efficiently
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed, and be able to stand for extended periods

- The candidates should exhibit reliability
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables carefully and efficiently while ensuring the quality of the produce, following proper techniques and schedules to support healthy growth
- The candidates should be able to clean work areas regularly to maintain a hygienic and organized environment, loading, unloading, and transferring crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry with care to prevent damage and ensure efficiency
- The candidates should be able to fertilize and spray crops as needed, following recommended practices and safety guidelines, and detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry through observation and monitoring, taking necessary actions to address issues and prevent spread
