Location: Delta, BC
Shifts: Day, Early Morning, Morning
Supervision: 5-10 people
Type of operation: Mixing, separating, filtering, melting, and roasting
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Quality assurance or control
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in areas with odors and hot environments
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and demonstrate attention to detail while working under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate excellent written communication, exhibiting flexibility, organization, and strong values and ethics
- The candidates should be team players and exhibit reliability
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process to ensure safety and train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
- The candidates should be able to prepare production and other reports accurately and in a timely manner, recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality based on observations and analysis, and supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers effectively
- The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units to ensure smooth operations
