Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to determine the method of shipment, schedule distribution of goods, and prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents
The candidates should be able to assemble containers and crates, inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, and maintain an internal record-keeping system
The candidates should be able to record shortages and reject damaged goods, route goods to appropriate storage areas, and pack goods to be shipped
The candidates should be able to oversee loading and unloading of goods and supervise material handlers and helpers
