Salary: $20.00 to $22.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Full time
Location: Alma, QC
Shifts: Day
Work setting: Industrial plant and factory or plant

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Equipment and machinery experience: Reciprocating saws, circular saws, forklift, and hand tools
Own tools/equipment: Tools, steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs, and safety vest

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be capable of handling physically demanding tasks
• The candidates should have good manual dexterity and be comfortable with performing repetitive tasks
• The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads and demonstrate attention to detail

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should demonstrate reliability, be a team player, and be hardworking

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to read blueprints to determine work requirements and assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
• The candidates should be able to tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction and utilize hand and power tools
• The candidates should be able to fasten parts together using fastening and joining equipment
