Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge: SQuirreL
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be capable of working under pressure and able to handle weights up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus and be team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages and present bills to customers, accepting payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques, or room billings
- The candidates should be able to describe menu items, including daily specials, for customers, advise on menu selections, and clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
- The candidates should be able to describe and advise on wine selection, greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages, serve food and beverages, and take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
